Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Biomedical Engineering and 5 years of product development experience.
• Master's degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Biomedical Engineering and 2 years of experience in new product development accepted in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through implementation across multiple functions.
• Develop, modify, implement and support infusion disposable components with design control.
• Lead and guide others using engineering and DOE to solve technical problems.
• Identify design improvement opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Design for manufacturability with Operations and Project Engineering Teams.
• Perform design verification and transfer; lead DFMEA, PFMEA, and risk analysis.
• Identify opportunities to simplify engineering processes and lead innovative customer-focused solutions.
• Establish schedules, resources, budgets, and metrics to meet project requirements.
• Interface with leadership and multiple functions to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Customers, Sales, and Manufacturing on New Product Development.
