Littelfuse is seeking a Senior NPD Engineer to lead the development, design, validation, and introduction of innovative circuit protection products. This role drives new technology initiatives, evaluates materials, and supports the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in fuse design, strong project management, and proficiency with CAD tools like AutoCAD and Inventor. Remote work is supported with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years designing electrical power fuses, fuse accessories, or circuit protection products.
• Experience with industry standards, certification processes (UL or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, testing, and commercialization of new circuit protection products.
• Develop concepts, prototypes, and engineering solutions with cost estimates.
• Create specifications, drawings, documentation, and test plans.
• Drive product verification, data analysis, and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams for launches.
• Interface with customers to understand requirements and solution needs.
