Qualifications

• Graduate or Advanced Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• California RN, NP licensure required.
• Furnishing licensure required.
• 5+ years of NP experience required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Medicaid/Medicare preferred.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are important.

Responsabilités

• Provide short term, evidence based behavioral health treatment to members, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Manage members with mild to severe mental illness with risk stratification and appropriate care intensity.
• Develop and oversee individualized, whole-person care plans.
• Provide behavioral health education and coaching to members, caregivers, and care teams.
• Maintain a limited direct clinical panel while balancing leadership responsibilities.
