Johns Hopkins University seeks a Sr. Nurse Practitioner to join the Emergency Medicine team at Howard County Hospital. You will perform comprehensive histories and physical exams, coordinate care, interpret tests, and initiate life support in emergencies.

You will oversee clinical trials, discuss complex cases with physicians, and help design research protocols while maintaining licensure and CPR certification. This is a fulltime, on-site role with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• RN license and NP certification required.
• MD state NP license required; CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive H&P with attention to chief complaint and medical history.
• Order and interpret labs/x-rays and coordinate services under physician delegation.
• Prescribe and regulate medications; manage wounds and procedures as trained.
