Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Commercial Lending, Financial Analysis, Credit Underwriting.
• Alternate: High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience lending to nonprofit organizations.
• Strong writing and analytic skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management with financial analysis and credit underwriting for nonprofit borrowers.
• Monitor portfolio risk and loan covenants; advise on actions for credit and lending management.
• Prepare credit memos and pre-screen new nonprofit loan requests; assess risks and mitigants.
• Coordinate loan closing and loan documentation; interface with operations.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and interns; provide advisory input on memos and processes.
• Stay current on banking regulations, audits, and compliance.
