Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Oversee accounting team including GL, AP, AR, and Grants management.
• Ensure timely audit and 990 returns and distribute reports to partners.
• Perform regular financial analysis, generate monthly trends, assess variances and risks.
• Monitor cash flow and timely collections of accounts receivable and grants.
• Review internal controls and update policies.
• Contribute to annual budgets and grant-specific budgets.
• Support integration of new programs into accounting systems.
• Stay informed on nonprofit, LIHTC, and lending industries affecting finances.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
