Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking an experienced NDT Level III to lead non-destructive testing for precision titanium aerospace castings. You will develop and qualify procedures, and mentor Level I/II staff.

The role requires deep knowledge of RT, PT, UT, aerospace standards, NADCAP, and strong analytical and communication skills to support root-cause analyses, audits, and continuous improvement on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in NDT with expertise in RT, PT, UT methods.
• Strong leadership and certification capabilities for Level I/II personnel.
• Knowledge of aerospace standards, NADCAP requirements, and quality systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
