Responsibilities

• Defines project and program objectives for areas of responsibility and completes preliminary activities to enable later stages of completion.
• Ensures all projects and programs are completed according to predetermined requirements, with attention to product/process specs, costs, resources, and timeliness.
• Documents all phases of project/program/process development and reports information to other functions, ensuring compliance with policies on notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.
• Utilizes all material and financial resources effectively within projects/programs.
• Collaborates with other staff to maximize productivity for the project/program.
