Responsibilities

• Documents all phases of project, program and process development and shares information with other functions as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with engineering notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety policies.
• Oversees effective use of material and financial resources.
• Collaborates with staff to maximize productivity for the project or program.
• Leads R&D of new technologies and ensures new methods are integrated into products or services.
