• 3+ years of mortgage underwriting experience.
• Experience with Non-QM Post-Close credit and manual underwriting.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite Non-QM products.
• Main point of contact for Non-QM post-close credit pipeline.
• Maintain an underwriting pipeline of new loans and resubmissions.
