Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a delivery driver to transport materials to customers and support loading/unloading, with emphasis on safety and accuracy. You will follow DOT standards, maintain a DOT medical card, and work with warehouse teams to pull and stock items.

The role requires 1–3 years of delivery experience, ability to lift heavy loads, and strong communication with customers in a fast-paced environment. A competitive pay and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid state issued driver’s license required.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• 1–3 years of delivery driving experience preferred.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Able to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly and 90 lbs occasionally.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate technology including iPads and Warehouse Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery ticket is provided.
• Pickup customer returns and validate product for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel the truck and report issues.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders, receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material.
• Be able to work overtime as needed.
• Comply with PPE usage and safety regulations.

• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Comfortable working in fast paced changing environment
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology and software, including iPads and Warehouse Management systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs

Pay

• Pay Range: - $17.41 - $26.11 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
