Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-year degree required; 3 years professional experience.
• Experience with NMTCs, commercial lending, or community development financing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NMTC and other structured finance solutions for Project Sponsors.
• Develop financial models and analyses.
• Prepare executive summaries and marketing materials to source NMTC allocations.
• Coordinate with CDEs, investors, lenders, and other financing partners.
• Assist with sourcing and negotiating financing term sheets.
• Support project management and transaction closing.
