Talent Acquisition Specialist - Telcommunications, IT & Emerging technologies

Remote from USA or Canada

Long Term Project

Location: Remote (customer-facing support) Canada or USA

Role Overview:

  • Provide expert support for Nokia NSP (Network Services Platform) operations and automation initiatives
  • Work closely with customers to design, deploy, and optimize IP/MPLS networks
  • Deliver consultative professional services: architecture, implementation, migration, testing, and training
  • Remotely support critical network events and perform scheduled maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support network architecture design, configuration, and migration planning
  • Develop scripts, method of procedures (MOPs), and network management strategies
  • Audit and optimize customer networks for performance and reliability
  • Configure and test Nokia IP/MPLS equipment and services
  • Operate, troubleshoot, and integrate applications in virtualized environments
  • Provide knowledge transfer and customer training
  • Work with Nokia engineering and product teams for enhancements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years experience with telecom/IP/MPLS networking (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, L2/L3 VPNs)
  • 3+ years hands-on with NSP/5620SAM or other network management systems
  • Experience with virtualized systems and OSS integration/automation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with customers

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Preferred: Nokia SRA, Cisco CCIE, Juniper JNCIE, or similar certifications
