Job summary

Tidio is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our ML team in a remote-first setup with optional office days in Poland. You will work on Lyro, an advanced RAG AI Agent, building NLP models, integrating tools, and optimizing prompts for production use.

The role demands 4+ years of NLP experience, Python expertise, and strong production deployment capabilities. You will collaborate with engineers and product leaders to expand our conversational AI platform and deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building end-to-end NLP and deep learning models in production.
• Expert knowledge of Python.
• Hands-on experience with asynchronous Python and REST API services (FastAPI, Flask).
• Understanding of ML concepts, managing models and prompts in production.
• Strong software engineering skills and deploying models to production.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Work on Lyro, the AI agent built on Claude and Gemini models, and contribute to the NLP models powering the platform.
• Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to ideate, build, and refine AI-powered features.
• Develop production-ready ML systems, evaluate models, and iterate based on user feedback.
