ApplyMint is seeking a Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead complex payroll projects across the NL and Belgium while serving remote clients worldwide. The role emphasizes deep knowledge of local payroll rules, strong project leadership, and clear client communication.

The candidate will manage implementations end-to-end, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Dutch and Belgian payroll requirements.

Qualifications

• Several years of payroll experience in the Netherlands with knowledge of loonheffing, premies WW/ZW/WIA, Zorgverzekeringswet, and the 30% ruling.
• Several years of payroll experience in Belgium, including ONSS/RSZ, Dimona, DmfA quarterly cycles, and sector CLA structures.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.

• Own or significantly contribute to end-to-end payroll implementation projects from client kickoff through go-live.
• Explain payroll processes and compliance requirements to clients and stakeholders.
