Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist to oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients across multiple countries. You will guide data transfer, system configuration, and cutover activities with cross-functional teams.

You’ll collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, validate go-live readiness, generate reconciliation reports, and ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of payroll implementation/operations experience within a PEO environment.
• Experience with PrismHR is a must-have.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kickoff meetings and project plans for global payroll rollouts.
• Coordinate project reviews, manage streams, and handle scope or schedule changes.
• Support client payroll setup, data requirements, and calendar management.
