Minimum BSN, 1 year RN experience, and DC license are required. Shifts include day and night rotation with weekend/holiday coverage; a sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 may apply.

Qualifications

• BSN from an approved school of nursing.
• 1 year RN experience required.
• DC RN license or eligibility as applicable.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level neonatal care in a Level IV NICU.
• Collaborate with subspecialists, nurses and teams for patient care.
• Develop and communicate care plans and handoffs with the team.
• Maintain regulatory licensure and participate in training.
