Job summary

GuidePoint Security LLC is seeking a skilled Security Analyst, NHI to lead discovery, governance, and remediation of non-human identities across enterprise, cloud, and DevOps environments.

You will define controls, implement lifecycle processes, and collaborate with IAM, PAM, CIEM, and SIEM teams to reduce credential sprawl and privilege misconfigurations, while mentoring junior analysts and driving measurable security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, cloud or related security discipline.
• Hands-on with non-human identities, service accounts, secrets management.
• Strong lifecycle knowledge from discovery to retirement for NHIs.
• Experience with Zero Trust, least privilege concepts, and credential security.
• Ability to translate technical risk into business impact for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for Non-Human Identity security including various NHIs and credentials.
• Develop and implement NHI discovery, inventory, ownership, and lifecycle governance.
• Conduct assessments to identify unknown, orphaned, excessive, high-risk NHIs.
• Define NHI security controls aligned with Zero Trust and secrets management.
• Leverage NHI platforms to discover, analyze, monitor, and remediate identities.
• Develop NHI risk scoring models based on privileges, exposure, and criticality.
• Analyze identity relationships across applications, cloud, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Identify credential sprawl and hardcoded secrets, remediate accordingly.
• Establish ownership with application owners and DevOps teams.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to track NHI posture and policy compliance.
