Withum is hiring an NFP Audit Senior based in Los Angeles. You will lead audit engagements from planning to completion, supervise staff, and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting, are licensed CPAs or pursuing CPA certification, and have at least 2 years of public accounting experience guiding multiple engagements with strong US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• Licensed CPA or working toward CPA.
• At least 2 years of public accounting experience, leading multiple engagements.
• Strong auditing skills and knowledge of US GAAP.

Aufgaben

• Lead engagement teams on planning and execution of audits, reviews, or compilations.
• Oversee day-to-day audit engagement activities including staffing and risk assessment.
• Provide supervision and mentor staff; communicate with engagement manager and partner.
• Review general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Create and track engagement budgets.
• Participate in professional development programs as instructor.
