Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on experience in network security and firewall administration.
• Deep knowledge of NexGen firewalls and related security controls.
• Experience with enterprise VPN, logging, and SIEM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, tune, and troubleshoot NexGen firewall infrastructure and policies.
• Manage policy pushes, backups, and rule-base hygiene across the environment.
• Configure threat prevention, URL filtering, DNS security, and logging profiles.
• Support remote connectivity, including authentication, portal, and gateway config.
• Use AI/ML insights within SIEM to detect threats and optimize rules.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate security controls into changes.
