Job summary

Bisnow in Houston is seeking an experienced Editorial Leader to helm day-to-day coverage of Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Chicago, coordinating long-form packages for Bisnow.com and our newsletters. You will manage a team of reporters and freelancers, assign stories, line edit online content, newsletters and briefs, and drive quality journalism in the CRE space.

Ideal candidates have at least five years on an editorial team, a track record in fast-paced news, and a passion for B2B real estate

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years on an editorial team, including managing reporters.
Experience in daily news pace and volume, with B2B CRE focus a major plus.
Strong editing, recruiting, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day coverage for Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth and Chicago; manage long-form packages for Bisnow.com and newsletters.
Lead a team of reporters and freelancers, guiding growth and performance.
Assign articles, line edit online content, newsletters and morning briefs.
