Job summary

Global is a leader in commercial roofing solutions, seeking a New Construction Sales Manager to lead the growth of our commercial new construction roofing business. You will drive revenue, coach a sales team, and collaborate cross-functionally to win complex projects.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial roofing or construction sales, 3+ years of leadership, and a proven track record of managing client relationships, forecasting, and using CRM systems to optimize the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction sales, business development, or related industry.
• 3+ years of sales leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, estimating processes, project delivery, and construction practices.
• Experience leading sales teams, managing pipelines, forecasting, and utilizing CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Operations, Estimating, and Executive Leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the New Construction sales team by setting clear performance expectations and feedback.
• Drive business development by supporting prospecting and developing strategies to win profitable roofing projects.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, consultants, and general contractors.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Preconstruction, Operations, Project Management, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate proposals and smooth transitions.
• Ensure consistent use of CRM systems and standardized sales processes to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives that enhance team effectiveness.
• Perform related duties to support business operations within the scope of the role.
