Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Portfolio Associate to join our neurovascular team focused on thrombectomy, embolization, and related devices. You will drive development and execution of strategic initiatives from concept through commercialization, collaborating with R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs.

You will lead competitive insights, portfolio development, marketing strategy, and brand management to maximize adoption and ROI across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years of work experience required.
• MBA preferred.
• 2+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and collate competitive information to drive insights.
• Anticipate customer and patient needs to create a superior value proposition.
• Leverage key opinion leaders to obtain insights.
• Build financial business cases to support NPD funding and ROI.
• Deliver marketing plans and lead the discovery process for pre-commercialization plans.
• Develop and communicate a value proposition and pricing strategy.
