Job summary

Boston Scientific in Portland, OR seeks a Principal Clinical Specialist to partner with healthcare professionals to support implant procedures, provide technical expertise, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will join a dynamic team advancing pain management through innovation, service, and care.

You will lead territory strategy with TM/RBD partners, offer reimbursement guidance, and mentor colleagues while building strong provider and payer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• 7 years in pain management and/or related field.
• Preferred: medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to territory business strategy with Territory Managers and Regional Business Directors; acts as trusted backup and identifies growth opportunities.
• Provides reimbursement and pre-authorization expertise; supports pricing and contract strategies; ensures compliance with administrative requirements.
• Mentors and trains colleagues nationally and regionally; builds relationships with providers, clinicians, facilities, payers, and decision-makers.
• Recognized national leader in programming techniques and product expertise; educates physicians on BSN products/tools; primary contact for spinal cord stimulation offices.
• Leverages Salesforce proficiency and advanced clinical/selling knowledge to drive specialized projects and processes.

Education

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
