Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Therapeutic Area Medical Science Liaison (TA MSL) to serve as a credible scientific partner, delivering clinical and health economic information to physicians, payers, and patients within their region. In this field-based role, you will help shape local medical strategy and discuss patient outcomes and total cost of care with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Advanced clinical/science degree required (MD/PharmD/PhD etc.).
Minimum of 3 years related work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry).
Proficiency in GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and ICH guidelines.
Knowledge of managed care, health economics, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

End-to-end customer experience for TA-specific customers in the region.
Exchange deep scientific information with thought leaders and healthcare decision makers.
Build relationships with key external scientific/medical customers to understand evolving healthcare trends.
Discuss value/cost of care and adverse event management topics.
