Zusammenfassung

Star Storage is seeking an experienced Network Engineer at CCNP level or equivalent to build, maintain, and troubleshoot internal data-center networks and customer networks. You will configure devices from Cisco, Checkpoint, Citrix, and Brocade, perform upgrades, monitor performance, and provide Level 2/3 support.

The role requires strong knowledge of routing protocols and network diagnostics, plus hands-on experience with security configurations, SLA adherence, and on-call duties.

Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, VRF, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, VPNs, IPsec, HSRP, VRRP, LACP).
• Hands-on with monitoring/diagnostic tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Nagios).
• U niversity degree in Computer Science or related field.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Configure and install network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) from multiple vendors.
• Perform network maintenance and upgrades including patches and security configurations.
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting for issues.
• Adhere to change management policies and document changes.
• Assist in security tool selection and policy implementation.
