Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer in Puerto Rico. This hybrid role requires averaging 2 days per week from an HPE office, focusing on routing, switching, and advanced networking with automation and telemetry.

You will lead technical initiatives, build labs and demos, and translate complex customer needs into scalable solutions, collaborating across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Services to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
10+ years in networking or related roles.
Deep networking expertise: routing, switching, architecture, troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Python and Linux, APIs, and programmability.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic technical initiatives on networking, automation, telemetry, and AI-driven operations.
Design and maintain labs, reference architectures, integrations, and demonstrations.
Translate customer challenges into repeatable technical solutions.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Services to influence product development and strategy.
Validate end-to-end solutions involving networking, automation, telemetry, APIs, and AI capabilities.
Develop compelling technical content, demonstrations, and enablement materials.
