Job summary

Corteva Agriscience in Des Moines, IA, seeks a Senior Network and Voice Team Lead to guide global connectivity across sites, labs, and production facilities. You will translate strategy into reliable execution, mentor engineers, and coordinate WAN, LAN, wireless, and telephony services.

Responsibilities include leading design and deployment, ensuring security and observability, managing incidents, and driving improvements in availability and cost efficiency while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Deep technical command of enterprise networking (routing, switching, SD‑WAN, wireless, security, cloud networking)
• Strong knowledge of voice/telephony architecture (SIP, SBC, cloud calling, carrier interconnect)
• Practical experience operating Microsoft Teams Phone at enterprise scale
• Fluency in monitoring, event management, and observability tooling
• Experience with network automation and scripting to reduce manual work
• Ability to govern carriers and managed service providers on commercial terms and performance
• Calm under pressure during outages with clear executive communication
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and diplomacy skills for global teams
• Organized and detail-oriented with deadline discipline

Responsibilities

• Lead connectivity design, deployment, and operations for WAN, LAN, wireless, and voice across Corteva sites
• Coordinate global carrier delivery, circuit management, and cost controls with sourcing
• Ensure security segmentation and zero-trust considerations across networks
• Oversee monitoring, alerting, and event management for reliable connectivity
• Drive observability and telemetry initiatives to pre-empt degradations
• Mentor network, voice, and monitoring specialists and contribute to roadmap and lifecycle planning
