Job summary

FLASH Technology Group seeks a Cisco/Network Tools Support Engineer with TS/SCI polygraph security clearance to analyze hardware, software, and networks, and to design scalable Cisco environments per client needs.

You will test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across networks, systems, and data sources while coordinating with the team and customer. Expect to contribute to task responses and briefings throughout the program.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical or business discipline.
• 7-9+ years of related experience in cybersecurity or information assurance.
• Scripting experience is a plus.
• Experience with requirements analysis, design, and development activities.
• Experience performing engineering analysis and issue resolution.
• Experience in collecting and presenting information from multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing hardware, software, and networking systems and design scalable Cisco networks.
• Test and troubleshoot installed Cisco systems; resolve network hardware/software issues.
• Scope, design, deliver, and maintain systems per program needs.
• Produce analyses to support requirements tracking, portfolio management, and capability delivery.
• Track and manage delivery, testing, and integration of tools.
• Prepare responses to tasks and provide briefings.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, and the team.
• Leverage data sources to identify patterns and extract insights for capture efforts.
