Job summary

The Florida State Guard, a Division of the Florida Department of Military Affairs, seeks a Senior Network Systems Analyst 1 to lead IT operations in Tallahassee. This leadership role oversees infrastructure, devices, cloud services, and IT personnel to support the State Guard's emergency response mission.

You will drive IT strategy, manage endpoint and cloud technology, and coordinate with cross‑agency teams to ensure secure, reliable technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 5+ years IT experience.
• Experience leading IT personnel and technical teams.
• Experience administering Microsoft cloud and endpoint management technologies including Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, endpoint management, and information security principles.
• Experience planning, evaluating, procuring, implementing, and supporting technology solutions.
