Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/engineering or related field.
7+ years of progressive enterprise network and systems engineering experience.
Expertise with Cisco and other major networking platforms; industry certifications preferred.
Strong Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, manage, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN networks and data centers.
Administer routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN and NAC solutions.
Lead network architecture planning for stadiums, offices, and events.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive improvements.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for mission‑critical systems.
Manage Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and storage.
Administer AD/ADFS, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and identity management.
Oversee backup, DR, and business continuity planning.
Implement cloud infrastructure in Azure and/or AWS; enforce security best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders and partners; participate in incident response and audits.
