Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve various issues with server, network, and storage infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain network and system health using monitoring tools.
• Perform configuration and implementation of network infrastructure including routers and firewalls.
• Take ownership of incidents and identify problem trends.
• Support connectivity in multi-vendor environments.
• Provide technical expertise for network and security vendor devices.
