Job summary

Infosys in Richardson, TX seeks an Infrastructure Project Lead 2 to define project objectives, align with business goals, and manage IT infrastructure delivery across environments. The role requires hands-on SD-WAN/SD-Access, SASE knowledge, and experience with load balancing, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and architecture governance. Travel up to 40% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Knowledge in Software-Defined LAN (Campus / SD-Access).
• Expertise in the area of SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of SASE (Secure Access Service Edge).
• Hands on experience working with Load Balancing / Application Delivery (ADC).
• Understanding of DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
• Needs to be open to up to 40% travel

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates
