Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• 5+ years of network security engineering for complex SIGINT hardware systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite assessments and document current network architectures and mission-specific requirements.
• Lead and coordinate hardware installations across multiple environments.
• Recommend hardware specifications tailored to project needs.
• Support systems engineering teams by modeling and analyzing proposed solutions.
• Design, verify, and implement hardware test interfaces.
• Perform MTBF/MTTR analyses to strengthen reliability and maintainability.
• Analyze operational data to identify system vulnerabilities and performance gaps.
• Evaluate LAN/WAN designs and ensure architectures meet mission security needs.
• Research and assess COTS/GOTS technologies to drive mission capability.
• Provide high-level expertise in network engineering, architecture, and planning.
• Develop and enhance security documentation for new and existing systems.
• Ensure system designs meet government security requirements.
