Job summary

EOA Technologies, LLC is seeking a Network Security Engineer to support a U.S. Government customer. The role involves analyzing complex hardware systems, architecture, and network design, with responsibilities spanning procurement, installation, testing, and deployment of hardware CONUS and OCONUS.

The Level 3 position requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, 17 years’ experience, and DoD 8570 IAT III certification along with multiple vendor certs. Equal opportunity employment is provided.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• 17 years’ experience as a Network Security Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in communications engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• DoD 8570 Baseline Certification for IAT Level III and at least 3 vendor certifications (e.g., PCNSA, SNSA, SNSP, ProxySG, Cisco CCNA).

Responsibilities

• Configure network devices, firewalls, web proxies, VPNs and load balancers.
• Direct the work of other Network Security engineers on projects.
• Plan all phases of hardware projects including schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with system and test engineering on hardware test plans and risk analysis.
• Develop proposals to reduce upfront and disposal costs.
• Lead teams to address critical system failures from hardware issues.
• Design networks spanning multiple enclaves with varying data protection needs.
• Recommend system-level security solutions and risk management.
• Support enforcement of trusted relationships across external systems and architectures.
