Job summary

CACI seeks a Network Security Engineer to support an Intelligence Community customer’s WAN/LAN/CAN networks across multiple security domains from Springfield, VA. You will collaborate with leadership to research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide network security capabilities and sustain security infrastructure, including firewalls, load balancers, and gateways.

Position requires TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph, DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and CSSP Infrastructure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (related work experience considered in lieu of degree).
8+ years related technical experience in Network Security.
8+ years experience with large-scale enterprise/global networks in a high paced diverse environment.
Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI polygraph.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification; Security+ minimum to start.
CSSP Infrastructure Support certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and implement enterprise-wide network security solutions to support customer goals.
Design, test, and implement secure network architectures; conduct risk assessments.
Manage WAN, LAN, CAN, and remote network security and incidents.
Oversee security infrastructure sustainment and configuration (firewalls, load balancers, gateways).
Prepare reports and investigate security incidents; develop corrective measures.
Develop SOPs for security tools and evaluate new security technologies.
