Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a senior technical leader to define the strategy, architecture, and lifecycle management of its global network security platforms. You will advance Zero Trust and SASE, strengthen cloud and enterprise connectivity, and ensure secure, highly available network services.

You will partner with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and F5 to guide implementations, drive automation, and lead platform lifecycle planning across Ford’s enterprise and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Technology.
• 12+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• 6+ years in network security engineering and architecture.
• Experience defining enterprise network security architecture and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise network security architecture and technology roadmap.
• Lead strategy for Zero Trust, SASE, Prisma Access, firewalls, proxies, and ISE.
• Design secure connectivity for Ford’s enterprise, manufacturing, cloud, supplier, and partner environments.
• Modernize legacy VPN and DMZ with Zero Trust models.
• Maintain security standards, governance, and compliance for network platforms.
