Job summary

Ohalo is hiring a Network & Security Administrator to own day-to-day network infrastructure across offices, labs, and field sites, with primary focus on reliable connectivity and security. You will manage UniFi switches, access points, gateways, and security tooling while working with the IT Manager on future site expansions.

The role requires 5+ years in network administration, strong WAN/VPN knowledge, and experience with Hexnode UEM and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network administration or closely related IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi ecosystem (Network, Access, Protect).
• Strong understanding of WAN, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN and core networking protocols.
• Experience administering MDM/UEM platforms and Google Workspace.
• Ability to create and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and documentation.
• Interest in applying AI tools to automate IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain the UniFi network infrastructure across all sites.
• Manage WAN connectivity and core networking protocols to keep sites online.
• Administer Hexnode UEM for company devices and policy enforcement.
• Familiar with Google Workspace administration and security settings.
• Own network- and device-related IT documentation and SOPs.
• Automate recurring IT workflows and evaluate AI-assisted tools.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues across sites and environments.
• Support security awareness programs and network hardening.
