Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with a strong networking background to design, automate, and modernize our enterprise infrastructure. This on-site role supports a hybrid Azure and on‑prem setup, with a focus on network engineering and IaC practices.

You’ll work in a team dedicated to cloud initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and automation, contributing to secure, scalable networking solutions across environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on networking: routing, switching, firewall, VLANs, WAN.
• Azure networking experience: VNets, NSGs, gateways, hybrid networking.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Git-based workflows (GitHub) for infrastructure management.
• CI/CD-driven infrastructure environments.
• Proficient with Linux and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise networking infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless, and perimeter security.
• Manage firewall policies and network segmentation with change management.
• Support networking aspects of Azure migration: VNets, NSGs, gateways, hybrid connectivity.
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Work within GitHub-based CI/CD workflows to deploy infrastructure changes.
• Troubleshoot production networking issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate on automation, monitoring, and reliability improvements.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support production infrastructure.
