Qualifications

• Depth in runbook creation, ownership, and execution in real deployments.
• Doc writing that engineers can reliably execute.
• Quality control or quality process ownership in a network context.
• Eight+ years of progressive network engineering experience; senior/architect exposure.
• Strong change control mindset with process discipline and quality outcomes.
• Excellent written communication and customer-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-shipment quality control reviews of network device configurations across Fortinet, Juniper, and Cradlepoint platforms.
• Serve as the final technical review and quality gate before devices are released for shipment.
• Validate configurations against runbooks and standards to identify errors or deviations.
• Provide real-time oversight and coaching to engineers during staging and build activities.
