Job summary

Network Craze is seeking a Production Technician to join our production lab, testing and certifying refurbished enterprise network equipment. You will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of network hardware and exposure to diverse enterprise environments, contributing to quality and reliability.

Role requires testing, firmware updates, and documentation of results; background check will be performed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience testing or repairing IT hardware.
• Proficiency with Windows and Office 365.
• Familiarity with VS Code, terminal, and Git.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and repair background.

Responsibilities

• Test and refurbish enterprise network hardware.
• Inspect physical condition and verify accessories.
• Update firmware and troubleshoot issues.
• Document results and identify units for repair.
