Liberty Energy Services, LLC in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead the network operations function, focusing on availability, performance, monitoring, and incident management. You will drive proactive detection, prevention, and optimization of enterprise network services to support critical business operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering, 7+ years in enterprise networking, and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• 3+ years of leadership in network/infra operations.
• Strong routing, switching, wireless, VPN and zero-trust knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
• Experience with Azure, AWS and Oracle Cloud networking.
• Strong problem management and service reliability skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Network Operations and monitoring.
• Develop standards and procedures for reliability.
• Manage personnel, vendors, and service providers.
• Create metrics and dashboards for network health.
• Own monitoring platforms and visibility across LAN/WAN/Cloud.
• Drive proactive practices to prevent issues.
• Lead root cause analysis after outages.
• Coordinate response during major outages.
• Communicate and document resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineering for new tech readiness.
