• Ensures VA policies are in compliance with regulatory requirements and legislated mandates governing those programs.
• Provides technical direction to staff and contract team members.
• Manages engineering, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of processes and technology in accordance with management priorities and objectives.
• Facilitates the effective exchange of information between stakeholders at all levels by sponsoring regular meetings, teleconferences and coordinating sessions.
