This role is responsible for maintaining access controls, monitoring system performance, supporting network operations, and recommending technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional with experience in network operations, Windows and Linux environments, and infrastructure support.The Senior Network Operations Engineer maintains access control, data integrity, and file system security within the computer/data center and infrastructure environment. This position monitors, tracks, and records system performance and utilization metrics while supporting the availability and reliability of critical systems and network operations.The role regularly communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences and recommends process, hardware, and software enhancements to improve infrastructure efficiency.
