Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Network Medical Director for the Central Region to provide clinical leadership for provider relationships and to advance cost, quality, and member experience outcomes. Location: Remote - US-based candidates only.

You will collaborate with analytics, actuarial, and medical affairs leaders to evaluate performance, guide strategic decisions, and strengthen the provider network. Regulatory deliverables will be executed on time and in alignment with priorities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree required.
• Board Certification with Maintenance of Certification.
• 5 years of experience in managed care, value-based care, and quality.
• 3 years of experience specifically in value-based care and quality.
• Strong ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
• Effective engagement skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical leader for provider relationships across the Central Region.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Network Medical Director, Central Region to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will provide clinical leadership for provider relationships across the Central Region, with a focus on advancing cost, quality, and member experience outcomes. You will partner closely with analytics, actuarial, and broader medical affairs leaders to evaluate performance, guide strategic decisions, and strengthen the provider network. The position also plays an important role in ensuring regulatory deliverables are executed on time and in alignment with organizational priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $184,112 - $396,550 annually
