Job summary

MANTECH in Doral, FL seeks a Lead Network Administrator to lead network engineering efforts on mission networks. The role follows a Panama Schedule—three 12-hour shifts and three days off, rotating days and nights every 90 days. Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

The position requires strong leadership, enterprise routing/switching experience, and expertise with Cisco ISE, NAC, and 802.1X. A current Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in network administration or Master’s with 5+ years and related experience.
• Experience configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with network device configuration and baseline configuration controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff and help desk technicians.
• Manage and administer enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure across mission networks.
• Develop and enforce network security policies, profiling rules, and guest access workflows within Cisco ISE.
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues, authentication failures, and NAC policy enforcement points.
• Conduct routine system maintenance, patching, firmware updates, and baseline config management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain network uptime and security compliance.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and network diagrams.
