Nordstrom is seeking a Sr Engineering Manager for Network Infrastructure in Seattle, Hybrid. You will lead a team responsible for Versa SD-WAN, multi-cloud connectivity, and Juniper Mist wireless.

The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, incident ownership, and cross-team collaboration across retail, distribution, and corporate networks. You will drive modern automation, IaC practices, and a durable network roadmap, reporting to the Director of Engineering within SNAAP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on network engineering in enterprise and cloud
• 3+ years in people management or tech-lead role
• Strong routing, switching, and network design experience
• Experience with network automation and IaC practices

Responsibilities

• Lead network engineering initiatives across SD-WAN, cloud, wired/wireless, and data center fabrics
• Review and approve network designs and topology changes
• Own incident response, triage, RCA, and remediation planning
• Collaborate with Cloud Architecture, Security, and Infra teams on roadmaps
• Drive cross-functional alignment with store tech, fulfillment, and cloud teams
• Contribute to network automation and GitOps workflows
