Job summary

4p-Consulting-Inc. in Atlanta seeks an experienced Network Infrastructure Management Engineer / Analyst to support enterprise network infrastructure management, monitoring, observability, and automation platforms.

You will work with Linux/UNIX or Windows Server, SNMP, NETCONF, APIs, scripting, and automation tools to manage large-scale networks, including OT or carrier-grade environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise network management, monitoring, or observability platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT and network infrastructure components.
• Experience with scripting or automation (Python, Ansible, Shell, Perl, Expect).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, JSON, and integrations.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network infrastructure management, monitoring, observability, performance, and fault-management platforms.
• Provide administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting for infrastructure management applications.
• Troubleshoot complex application, server, network, and integration issues.
• Support network management protocols including SNMP, TL1, NETCONF.
• Develop scripts and automation using Python, Ansible, Shell, Perl, or similar.
• Develop and support REST APIs, JSON, and other integrations.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Document operations and support standards.
