Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Senior Network Installation Engineer to install and support enterprise networking solutions across the United States. You will collaborate with sales, PM, and IT teams to deploy and customize systems, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years installing network gear, strong cybersecurity knowledge, and certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or CCWA. Travel and field work are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years installing and configuring network equipment
• 1+ year demonstrated leadership experience
• Security & networking best practices knowledge
• Understanding cyber security vulnerabilities
• Certifications: CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, and customize clients' systems after initial purchase of hardware or software.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Manager, Network Design and Digital services, customer IT and biomed to implement solutions.
• Mentor and coach local FE on installed solution.
• Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner; technical project plans; post-warranty conversations.
• Manage vendor service as needed.
• Provide instruction to personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics and repair.
