Job summary

Acuative Corporation is seeking an Implementation Analyst III to act as the primary technical contact for on-site technicians during project implementations. You will configure network equipment, troubleshoot connectivity, and drive process improvements through script development and runbook updates.

You will collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate runbooks, mentor teammates, and handle complex network issues for major accounts while tracking projects and generating daily reports.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
• Fortinet NSE4 or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Main technical contact for all on-site technicians during project implementations.
• Configure and test WAN circuits, routers, switches, firewalls and wireless controllers.
• Develop scripts and automate processes to improve team efficiency and reporting.
• Mentor teammates and maintain runbooks with Engineering for client requirements.
